If you receive a dress with a manufacturing defect or if there is an error on our part (such as incorrect customization or design，broken), please contact our customer support team within 24hrs of receiving your order.

Return or Exchange Process:

The dress must be returned in its original condition, unworn, no perfume, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Depending on the situation, we may provide a prepaid shipping label for the return or cover the return shipping costs.
