High demand means more production time. Maxi dresses ship in 30 days, mini dresses in 15 days. More staff is on board, expect normalcy in May. Any questions? Reach out to our customer service.
Processing Time:
Our product is high-end handmade customized dresses.
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment and verification of order details.
Please note that personalized size or design dresses may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

We offer world wide free shipping through DHL/FEDEX/UPS
tax:
Generally, there is no need to pay any taxes. It is covered by receiver if any tax generated. You should E-mail us before you paid taxes. We will cooperate on the document to help you do custom clearance.
